I work with teens 15+ and young adults navigating anxiety, school-related stress, low mood, avoidance, and uncertainty about the future. Many are carrying more pressure than others realize and have begun to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and daily life. Counselling provides space to better understand these patterns and begin making meaningful, manageable changes over time.

Teens and young adults in or formerly in care often face unique challenges such as changes in placements disrupting school, shifting supports, and difficulty trusting new people.
